Good Morning!

Do not neglect to do good, to contribute [to the needy of the church as an expression of fellowship], for such sacrifices are always pleasing to God.  -Hebrews 13:16

In every situation there is an opportunity to do good. There is always someone to help, someone to smile at, someone to say kind words to, no matter the situation or the circumstance. Good and evil are always at battle and the enemy will always try to get us upset or offended where doing good is the last thing on our mind. Satan knows that if we are upset or offended we are focused on ourselves and seldom can we do good if we are only focused on ourselves. When doing good we are outwardly focused and by doing good we are an extension of Jesus. Today as we go about our day, let’s focus on doing good, knowing that when we do good it is pleasing to God, as the above verse states.
