For who hopes for what he already sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure.  -Romans 8:24b-25

There is something to be said on following God with anticipation. Some would say it is following God blindly, and while there is nothing wrong with that as God will never steer you wrong, there is also something like following God with hope and anticipation of all the great things we know He will do but often is beyond what we can imagine. Let’s not get wrapped up in life so much that we lose that hope, that anticipation. When we are burdened with life itself to the point that is all we can focus on, we will tend to lose that hope. Let’s not go through life mundanely and methodically but let’s go through life being God’s hands and feet and looking for opportunities to help further His Kingdom. God is going to do great things today, lean into it, expect it!
