1 Corinthians 9:23

Good Morning!

And I do all this for the sake of the gospel, so that I may share in its blessings along with you.  -1 Corinthians 9:23

This verse was from Paul to the people of Corinth after saying how he becomes like the people he is with in order to reach them. He became like a Jew to reach the Jews, he became like the poor to reach the poor. In verse 19 he says that though he is free from all men, he has made himself a slave to all in order to reach more for Jesus. Are we willing to do that? Are we willing to work on becoming relatable to people we may not have much in common with in order to gain influence in their life to lead them to Christ? Or do we get caught up in being so free from all that or so set in our routines, that we push away anybody that is not like us? We also all have our own influence in others’ lives that nobody else has, that somebody might listen to you but not to anyone else.

Dad Joke of the Day:

I ran twice yesterday.

First, I ran out of bacon.

Then, I ran to get some more.

Have a great Thursday!
