Good Morning!

Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal which is taking place to test you [that is, to test the quality of your faith], as though something strange or unusual were happening to you. -1 Peter 4:12

If we went through life with no opposition how deep would our faith be? What quality of life would we lead? Testing and opposition make us stronger people and it can deepen our faith. We should expect it as we go through life….we need to expect it as we go through life. It is easy to get angry when opposition comes, but if we don’t allow it to make us stronger and grow from it, it is easy to let it make us bitter. The strongest people are not necessarily the ones that physically look and act the healthiest, but the people that have faced opposition and came out on the other side stronger in their faith, stronger in their relationships, have learned life lessons to share with others, and are the example of what it can look like to overcome opposition and be even closer to God. Today there will be some opposition in your life, don’t be surprised… be prepared.
