Good Morning!

Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you [actually] serve. -Colossians 3:23-24

 

What is your purpose behind what you do? What is your push behind performing in your career to the best of your ability every day? Is it because you are afraid you will lose your position if you don’t or is it because you want to be the example God has put you on the earth to be and you want to leave your workplace everyday knowing that its a better place than when you came in? If it’s not the latter I challenge you to figure out what in your mindset has to change to get to that point.
