This is something that is hard for me to remember to do, but when you feel that anxiety well up within you don\u2019t forget to turn to God in prayer and remember to count your blessings. As our pastor pointed out several weeks ago in a sermon, research shows it is hard to be both grateful and anxious, so when you feel the anxiety coming on focus on what you are grateful for in life. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
