First make peace with your brother, and then come and present your offering. -Matthew 5:23-24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I take this as when we know that there is hard feelings between us and another person, and it doesn\u2019t sit well with us, we should go to that person and make it right as much as is in our control. The other person might not respond in the way that we would like, but we can still do our part in making it right. It is hard for us to grow in our faith if we have an offense to another person hanging over our head. It almost feels like there is a cloud that is keeping us from receiving the sunshine that we so desperately need to thrive. So let\u2019s do our part in those situations and free ourselves, and hopefully the other person as well, from receiving what God has for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOffense never lets you go.
