The best way to get rid of worry is to trust that God\u2019s got us and not let our thoughts run wild, to keep them in perspective. Oftentimes what happens is we start worrying and it just compounds in our mind and we, in a sense, blow it out of proportion and since we accomplish nothing good by worrying and instead just create and increase our anxiety, why do it? I know it all sounds easier than it is but the more we can incrementally put our trust in God the less we will catch ourselves worrying.
