I know it is way easier said then done but if we can focus on the good in a situation and pray over the situation, it will give us relief of a situation. Sometimes it takes constant prayer and positive self talk to stay on top of it. Next time you feel worry and anxiety coming on remind yourself to pray and focus on the good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
