Good Morning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure\u2014pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.  -Luke 6:38<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is our attitude towards giving or being generous? I know for me personally, it is easy to justify not being generous with a multitude of excuses of why I shouldn\u2019t or can\u2019t. This can be mean giving of your time, money, resources, knowledge, etc. It says that the standard of measurement we use will be used on us in return. I don\u2019t believe this means to give just so you can receive, but to give out of generosity of the pureness of the heart and putting yourself in the other person\u2019s shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
