If we can learn to confidently give all our trust to God and believe that He has us and will take care of us, it will take care of the troubled heart. We just need to remember that it isn\u2019t all up to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhen we put our problems in God\u2019s hands, He puts His peace in our hearts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTalk to God through short little prayers throughout the day.
