The other day I had a conversation with a good friend that said, sometimes you have to just \u201cshut off the radio\u201d. He was saying how when driving he just sometimes shuts off the radio and drives in silence appreciating the beauty of God\u2019s creation and giving himself the opportunity to just think. I tried it the other morning on the way to work where I just drove in silence and tried to focus on what God desires and it is amazing how God directs our thoughts if we allow Him. We are in a society that stays busy at all times with always something going on, but I challenge you to make it a practice to \u201cshut off the radio\u201d and spend some time in silence and appreciation of God\u2019s grace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSilence is a profound melody, for those who can hear it above all the noise.\u201d -Socrates<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThrough prayer we speak to God.
