This doesn\u2019t mean it has to be physical suffering. Sometimes we suffer emotionally and that requires prayer just as much as physical suffering. If you are struggling in any way, remember to pray, God is more than able and willing to help you. Just as important, if we are joyful, when our life is going good, are we remembering to praise God? In some ways it is easier to remember to reach out to God when we are in need of His help, but let us remember to praise Him when everything is going good and let us praise Him for the good things in our life even when not everything in life is as we would like it.
