That can mean a wide variety of things including the food we eat, the actions we see others take, the media we take in, the conversations we take in\/are a part of, the music we listen to, etc. Is what we are taking in healthy for us? Does it line up with the Bible? What kind of guardrails are we putting in place to abstain from every form of evil? Do we have any guardrails? Have we given it any thought?
