During that time he stayed true to God and although his wife and close friends tried their best to convince him to turn away from God and pity himself in the situation, Job stayed true to his faith. What came out on the other side of that trial was beautiful and Job was like refined gold. How do we respond to trials as they come at us? How do we respond when a friend is in the midst of a trial? Do we try to convince them of the bad? Or do we sit in the pit with them and help them work through it in a healthy way? Do we try to fix their problem and walk away when they don\u2019t listen to us, or do we listen to them and help them fix their problem on their own time?
