God will talk to us in many ways, often through other people\u2019s words and actions if we listen. Communication is important and needs to happen in order to move forward with anything, but talking a lot does not mean you are communicating well. With as short as our attention span is these days, I feel like being selective with our words is important and we need to make our words count. If we spend most of our time talking ourselves up we have less time to listen to what someone else might have to say. Cutting people off in conversation also minimizes what they are saying and promotes what you have to say as more important then what they are saying.
