I used to think that this was a pretty broad statement made by Jesus as people could ask for anything, but what I tended to skip over was the first part of that statement. If we remain in Him and His words remain in us then our perspective shifts from a selfish perspective to a Godly perspective and our thoughts align with God\u2019s thoughts and therefore what we ask for will align with His will. And if we are living and praying for things that align with His will, imagine what can be done for good and how much evil can be defeated in and through that. Again I say, what a promise! <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThings always have a way of working out. Never underestimate the power of prayer, faith and love. Above all, never underestimate the love of God to see you through.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMany people think their prayers are never answered because it is the answered ones they forget.\u201d -C.S.
