Who will bring any charge against God\u2019s elect (His chosen ones)? It is God who justifies us [declaring us blameless and putting us in a right relationship with Himself]. Who is the one who condemns us? Christ Jesus is the One who died [to pay our penalty], and more than that, who was raised [from the dead], and who is at the right hand of God interceding [with the Father] for us. Who shall ever separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? -Romans 8:33-35<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n So many times God is looked at as a god that is ready to punish us as soon as we mess up. As you can see above, it asks, who will bring any charge against God\u2019s elect? If we have a good relationship with God we are God\u2019s elect. It says that God himself justifies us and that Christ Jesus, who paid the ultimate price for us already, is the one interceding for us to the Father. With all that working for us is there anything in life that can be thrown at us that would want to make us separate ourselves from the love of Christ? This is a good set of verses to remember when we are going through a tough time, when life and the enemy are throwing their best shots at us. We just have to remember the Power we have working for us is far greater than the power that is working against us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe aren\u2019t called to sit back and let God; we are called to step up and let God work through us.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGod made us and God is able to empower us to do whatever He calls us to do.
