The above verse states that when we sow peace, when we sow goodness the fruit of that is righteousness. When you think of a righteous person they are almost always not what you would consider a gossip. When you think of a time where you participated in gossip, I am pretty sure that you didn\u2019t think yourself as righteous afterwards when you had time to think of what all you said and how that made you feel.
