If I say, \u201cMy foot has slipped,\u201d Your compassion and lovingkindness, O Lord, will hold me up. -Psalms 94:18<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n How many times do we feel like we are on our own and we can\u2019t mess up as there is no one there to catch us or help us? That is not what God intended for us. He is there for us, waiting to help us see it through. When we slip, God is not there to tell us how immature or how terrible we are, He is not there willing to watch us free fall. He is there to help us at the first opportunity that we give Him, the struggle that we have is sometimes we don\u2019t actually give Him the opportunity. Most of our biggest struggles that we have in life (anxiety, comparisons, self-sabotage, addictions, grief, etc.) we will not overcome by ourselves, we need help from the people around us and most importantly, we need God\u2019s help. Just as the verse says, when our foot slips, God\u2019s compassion and lovingkindness will hold us up. Let\u2019s give Him the space He deserves in our life to help us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGod never made a promise that was too good to be true.\u201d -Dwight L.
