Do we truly believe that what we pray\/ask for in faith will happen? We can have the confidence, if it lines up with God\u2019s will, that what we ask for in faith will happen. God desires us to find fulfillment in life and has no desire that we suffer, so we can be confident that God\u2019s will is in our best interest. The other thing that we have to keep in mind is that just because we ask for it in faith, it doesn\u2019t mean it is going to happen the exact way we think it will. When we ask God to move a mountain in our life it might not mean He will just make it happen, it might mean that He is going to hand you a shovel or a bulldozer (provide the means) and clear the way for you to move it. God has many ways of working and normally it isn\u2019t the way we think but once you are past it and look back you often see that His way was more encompassing and much better than anything you could have imagined.
