Worrying is a form of fear, anxiety is a form of fear, I think even mental and emotional stress can be called a form of fear. Praying has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry. Reading and studying the Bible brings clarity and peace where reading the daily news and world happenings brings stress and anxiety. God designed us in a way that we thrive the most when we are in relationship with Him.
