It is unwavering, without [self-righteous] hypocrisy [and self-serving guile]. -James 3:17<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We might read this verse and think that it sounds nice but not sure we would get anywhere by doing that. How do you do this without getting completely walked over several times in the real world? \u2026And this verse calls all this wisdom from above. If we look at Jesus and His life we realize that He was the perfect example of this. He was the greatest leader that ever walked the earth. He was this and He was also confident in who He was and didn\u2019t compromise. Too many times we look at this as a way we should act and in the meantime we hear the world telling us as Christians that we are judgmental and we are the problem with society, and too many times we tend to compromise and conform. If we look at Jesus, He walked out the above verse perfectly but nowhere did He compromise or conform. I think the way to walk out the above verse is to do it with the confidence that we have in Christ and not with meekness that we tend to think this looks like. We find our strength in Christ, not in how hardcore we are in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEarthly wisdom is doing what comes naturally.
