Good Morning!
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. -Ephesians 2:8-9
We can not earn our salvation, it is a gift from God. We don’t work to get saved, we receive the gift from God and out of that thankfulness and gratitude what God has done for us comes good works. No one will be able to boast that they earned their way to heaven.
