Your W-2 is now available! It can be accessed through your Paycom app and you will receive a paper copy if you selected that option.
Note: The gross pay amount in the earnings summary may be inflated due to Paycom’s recordkeeping of certain COVID-related wage tracking. Paycom corrected this by including a line called Non-Taxable Earnings. If you subtract your Non-Taxable Earnings from your Gross Pay, the result will be your correct gross wages for 2021. Your W-2 has the correct amount in each box. It’s only the Earnings Summary that adds the extra line. The Earnings Summary is only for your information and is not sent to the IRS.
