The House of Israel

Good Morning!

“But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the Lord, “I will put My law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they will be My people. And each man will no longer teach his neighbor and his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me [through personal experience], from the least of them to the greatest,” says the Lord. “For I will forgive their wickedness, and I will no longer remember their sin.  -Jeremiah 31:33-34

This was prophesied centuries before Jesus walked the earth and it all came true through Jesus Christ.

I will forgive their wickedness and I will no longer remember their sin…….how awesome is that? Once God forgives us He no longer remembers our sin. If we keep coming back to our sin and can’t let go of it, chances are Satan is trying to use it against us, but at that point we just need to remind him and ourselves that it is forgiven and forgotten and no longer has any power over us. I know that is easier said than done, but is necessary to move forward in our faith and relationship with God.

“The only sins not forgiven are the ones that go unconfessed.”  -Stormine Omartian

“There may be some sins of which a man cannot speak, but there is no sin which the blood of Christ cannot wash away.”  -Charles Spurgeon

Dad Joke of the Day:

I told my suitcases that there will be no vacation this year.

Now I’m dealing with emotional baggage.

Have a great Tuesday!
