Good Morning!
Then let us not criticize one another anymore, but rather determine this—not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block or a source of temptation in another believer’s way. -Romans 14:13
When we criticize someone we are not carrying out what we are called to do in Christ. We create insecurities in the person that we are criticizing and open the door for the enemy to attack them and therefore we become a stumbling block for them. Besides, we often criticize other people to be able to feel better about ourselves but in reality it makes us feel worse. Let us not criticize, condemn, or complain but rather build each other up.
“Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain- and most fools do. But it takes character and self control to be understanding and forgiving.” -Dale Carnegie
“Loving others always costs us something and requires effort. And you have to decide to do it on purpose. You can’t wait for a feeling to motivate you.” -Joyce Meyer
Dad Joke of the Day:
Why did the pepperoni want to be a salami?
It was being treated like a pizza meat.
Have a great Tuesday!
