Walk in the Flesh

Good Morning!

For though we walk in the flesh [as mortal men], we are not carrying on our [spiritual] warfare according to the flesh and using the weapons of man. -2 Corinthians 10:3

We live and breath in our flesh and deal with physical problems every day, but the real battle most of us fight is not with our bodies but with our minds. Your mind is the battlefield and is where the enemy will attack you. The weapons we fight with we get from God. Studying the Bible, God’s Word, is where you train for battle. How successful do you think our military would be if they only trained every once in a while? The spiritual battle does not take any less training than the physical battles do, so what does our training schedule look like for this year?

“Your mind is a battlefield; be it’s commander, not it’s soldier.”

“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.” -William James

Dad Joke of the Day:

Ice skating is wild. Someone was brave enough to walk onto a frozen lake and be like “You know what my feet need? Knives.”

Have a great Tuesday!
