Good Morning!
And He put all things [in every realm] in subjection under Christ’s feet, and appointed Him as [supreme and authoritative] head over all things in the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills and completes all things in all [believers]. -Ephesians 1:22-23
The fullness of Jesus completes and fills all things in all of us. The same Jesus that is head of the church, that is supreme and has authority over all things, yet died for each of our sins. That is the true meaning of leadership, someone that puts themselves last to give the people they are leading the best chance to overcome the obstacles that we all face. Who does not want to follow someone like that? We are all leaders in some way or other, how are we leading?
“You pray in distress and in your need; would that you might also pray in the fullness of your joy and in your days of abundance.” -Khalil Gibran
“We call them leaders because they go first, because they take the risk before anybody else does, because they will choose to sacrifice so their people will be safe and protected.” -Simon Sinek
