Good Morning!
Because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted, He is able to help and provide immediate assistance to those who are being tempted and exposed to suffering. -Hebrews 2:18
Temptations come in all flavors, it can be a temptation to lose your cool, or to eat something that you know is unhealthy while on a diet, or to have a drink when you know it will not end well, or temptation to do drugs after you kicked the habit, or sexual temptations such as lust or pornography. The devil loves to make us believe that it’s no big deal and that nobody understands how hard it is and then when you give into the temptation he loves to make you feel like garbage. The above verse reads otherwise, we do have someone that understands and is able and willing to help us if we turn to Him on it. Keep this verse in mind next time you face temptation and know that God is right there, waiting to help you.
