Good Morning!
The integrity and moral courage of the upright will guide them, but the crookedness of the treacherous will destroy them. -Proverbs 11:3
When we allow integrity and moral courage guide us we will always do the right thing. It might not be the popular thing at times but doing the right thing is always the right thing to do, no matter the circumstances. The hard part about doing the right thing is sometimes it is hard to know what that is. Sometimes we have to really lean into God to know what to do. There are a lot of times where we have similar examples that we can apply to today’s situations from the Bible and the better we get to know the Bible the better we can decipher some of that. On the flip side, when we don’t do the right thing and we allow our integrity to slip, there is no compass to use. It might start small but as we think we are getting away with it we tend to go a bit further to the point where we are found out or our track record will have ruined all trust that anyone has in us. Not living with integrity is a lot like gambling, you don’t necessarily know when that right time is to quit, you don’t know if this is the time where you are going to push it over the edge, lose all your money if you will. You may think that you can talk your way through it and you got this, whatever it is you are contemplating of pushing the moral compass out of the way, but when you are living in that realm you remove God’s favor from your life. The awesome part is that no matter what your track record, today can be the day you start living life with complete integrity and moral courage.

People ask me why I’m always at the carnival?
That’s a fair question…
