Good Morning!

So now let the fear (reverent awe) of the Lord be on you [to keep you from making unjust decisions]; be careful in what you do, for there is no injustice with the Lord our God, or partiality, or acceptance of a bribe.   -2 Chronicles 19:7 AMP

This was King Jehoshaphat giving instructions to the area judges in Judah. Warning them to judge and make decisions according to the way God taught them, not show partiality or accept bribes. What amazes me with this is that the Bible is still so relevant to what we deal with today. Through Old and New Testament there is so much good teaching for life, for leadership, in the dos and don’ts that are set as examples for us. Leadership is influence, all of us have influence somewhere and therefore we are all leaders, and as leaders the above verse is the greatest advice. Revere the Lord, make careful decisions, and don’t ever let injustice, partiality, or bribery creep into your leadership. What changes do we need to make in our leadership knowing this?
