He is My God

Good Morning!

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!”  -Psalms 91:2

If we can look at God like this there is a peace that comes with it like we can’t experience anywhere else. When we have that refuge and security in Him life doesn’t seem quite as overwhelming. When we can trust someone it relieves us of having to worry or stress about whatever that is we can trust that person with, we trust that it is in good hands. It is no different with God, except we can trust Him with absolutely everything. We can hand it off to Him, whatever it is that we are stressing about, and we can trust that He will work it out. When we hand it off to Him we no longer have to fret about it. Then we can have that refuge and security that only comes from trust and reliance. Don’t carry it all on your own, lighten your load and give it to God, He is there with open hands ready to take it.

“Have patience, God isn’t finished yet.”

“Pray, then let it go. Don’t try and manipulate or force the outcome. Just trust God to open the right doors at the right time.”

Dad Joke of the Day:

What do you call a can opener that is broken?

A can’t opener.

Have a great Wednesday!
