Good Morning!

There is nothing outside a man [such as food] which by going into him can defile him [morally or spiritually]; but the things which come out of [the heart of] a man are what defile and dishonor him.  -Mark 7:15

It is not about what goes in us but what comes out of us. What we say and how we act are fruits of our faith and what is in our heart. Words can not be unsaid, actions can not be undone. Everything starts with our thoughts, good or bad, and we do have the ability to control our thoughts and with the help of the Holy Spirit it makes it a lot more manageable to control our thoughts and therefore control our words and actions.
