Good Morning!
Therefore, since Christ suffered in the flesh [and died for us], arm yourselves [like warriors] with the same purpose [being willing to suffer for doing what is right and pleasing God], because whoever has suffered in the flesh [being like-minded with Christ] is done with [intentional] sin [having stopped pleasing the world]. -1 Peter 4:1
What I get out of this verse is the writer saying, ‘Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for you and gave you the greatest gift of all, so what are you going to do about it?’, and then instructs us what we can do about it. We should be intentional what God has blessed us with. Has He given you a family? Be intentional with your family. Has He blessed you with a position of influence? Be intentional with your influence. Has He blessed you with some sort of talent that can make the world a better place? Be intentional with that talent. We have all been shaped in our own unique way through experiences, circumstances, and the people we have been in contact with. If you think you have nothing to offer, think again, God can redeem anything and anybody for His good. Only you can carry out what God has for you in the way God intended you to, but it takes intentionality……only you, with God. #beintentional2023

“Speak truth to the lies today. Fear is a tool used by the enemy to hold you back from the greatness that is inside you. It’s okay to feel fear, we all do. You just can’t let it stop you. Move forward anyways.” -Jon Gordon
