And as for [the rest of] you, believers, do not grow tired or lose heart in doing good [but continue doing what is right without weakening]. -2 Thessalonians 3:13

Let us not grow tired or lose heart in doing good…..sometimes it seems like no matter how much you do good and try to do the right thing, the enemy has a way of making you believe that you haven’t made a difference. Or the good you do gets returned with disdain or goes unappreciated. First of all, if you do them under your own strength and leading you will grow tired and lose heart, you have to stay plugged into God and follow His directives. Secondly, the enemy will use and do all he can to make you think you aren’t making a difference, because he wants to stop it at all costs. Satan knows that good deeds and thoughts done through God’s directive will gain momentum so he has to do everything he absolutely can to try and stop it all together. Thirdly, you can’t be doing them for yourself but instead you need to do them out of the fruitfulness of God’s hand on your life, for the advancement of God’s kingdom. Do not grow tired of doing the right thing, no matter what. Do not let Satan win today, we have mighty weapons at our disposal….let’s use them.
