Good Morning!
For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. -Jeremiah 29:11-12
God gives us peace and well-being, a future and hope. Notice how it says, then you will call on Him and you will come and pray to Him and He will hear our voice and will listen to us. Why is it so hard to go to Him in everything? When things aren’t going well I have a tendency to think it all falls on me to fix it or get out from under it instead of going to Him and asking for help. But then on the flip side when things are going well I also struggle to remember to go to Him and thank Him for the blessings. Is that true with you? Let us revolve our lives around Him in a way that we are in constant conversation with Him no matter if it’s going well or badly…
