Good Morning!
…He died for all, so that all those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and was raised for their sake. -2 Corinthians 5:15
Who do we live for? For ourselves or for Jesus that died, defeated death, and was raised again for us? If we live only for ourselves we have a long, hard road ahead of us because it will very likely not play out exactly how we want it, and we will get to the end of life and wonder what the point was. But if we can live the life that Jesus wants for us we will not only find fulfillment, but through our example will draw other people towards Jesus. Again I ask, who do we live for……..and why?
“Jesus died for you in public, so don’t only live for Him in private.”
“When you are full of yourself, God can’t fill you. But when you empty yourself, God has a useful vessel.” -Max Lucado
