Good Morning!
I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. -Galatians 2:20
The above verse is such a beautiful image of what happens when we surrender our lives to God. If we take our flesh out of the equation and recognize that it is Christ that lives in us, it is harder to be offended, it is harder to openly judge someone, etc., I would even go as far as saying if Christ lives in us it is almost impossible. The way to get there is to live by faith in the Son of God, who gave up His life for you, for me, for all of us. Let us live in that faith.
“Let your life reflect the faith you have in God, fear nothing and pray about everything, be strong, trust in God’s Word, and trust the process.” -Germany Kent
“It’s one thing to believe in God; it’s quite something else to trust Him with our lives.” -Rick Perry
Dad Joke of the Day:
I recently purchased a set of wind chimes.
It’s a pretty sound investment.
Have a great Wednesday!
