Good Morning!
Nevertheless, do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day. -2 Peter 3:8 AMP
This is always encouraging to me because it reminds me that God is not on same timeframe as me. When I get impatient because I think God should answer my prayers on a certain time frame I try to remind myself that, first of all, He doesn’t answer to me, I answer to Him, and secondly, my impatience will not change His timing since His timing is always perfect and He doesn’t think in the same days, hours, minutes that I do. Often times when we look back and think of how something would have turned out had He answered our prayers as we thought He should have we realize that His way of answering the prayer was way better than anything we could have even imagined. His ways are bigger than ours, we need to know that He sees and knows things we don’t see. He knows best.

“God will answer your prayers as suddenlys, as slowlys, and as not-right-now’s. Just keep praying and trust in His timing.” -Linda Seidler
