What is our attitude towards giving or being generous? I know for me personally, it is easy to justify not being generous with a multitude of excuses of why I shouldn’t or can’t. This can be mean giving of your time, money, resources, knowledge, etc. It says that the standard of measurement we use will be used on us in return. I don’t believe this means to give just so you can receive, but to give out of generosity of the pureness of the heart and putting yourself in the other person’s shoes.
