The Lord does not delay [as though He were unable to act] and is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is [extraordinarily] patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. -2 Peter 3:9
There is a lot of times in our minds that we feel like God doesn’t move fast enough or doesn’t do things we feel like would make sense for Him to do. But I know for me, when looking back, thinking over answered prayers, it always turns out different than I imagined but better than I imagined. I believe if we could see the bigger picture we would be in absolute awe of every detail that God plays out in life. I believe what doesn’t make sense to us now, we will someday understand why it happened the way it did. We have to stay in connection with God and allow Him to build our faith and trust.
