“So prepare your minds for action, be completely sober [in spirit—steadfast, self-disciplined, spiritually and morally alert], fix your hope completely on the grace [of God] that is coming to you when Jesus Christ is revealed. -1 Peter 1:13
Prepare your minds for action……are we prepared for action, are we in action? Although we should never stop learning, training, and soaking in the words of God there is a point in our faith where we to move from just receiving to then putting what we have learned into action. To be spiritually disciplined, morally alert and move into action. Work on figuring out what God wants you to act on if you don’t already know. Not everyone’s action looks the same, if you see someone else’s action it doesn’t mean yours has to look like that. Any goodness done in Jesus’ name is action in the right direction.
