Good Morning!
Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty [conceited, self-important, exclusive], but associate with humble people [those with a realistic self-view]. Do not overestimate yourself. Never repay anyone evil for evil. Take thought for what is right and gracious and proper in the sight of everyone. If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. -Romans 12:16-18
Never repay evil for evil, take thought what is proper in the sight of everyone, as far as it depends on you live at peace with everyone. These are all extremely hard things to accomplish, to practice. Sometimes that means, when someone hits you with a insult, that you turn the other cheek. Or if you interact with someone, how do you do what you can to keep peace? We constantly get into situations in life where it isn’t black and white that we can know exactly what we should agree with or oppose, which is why we need the constant guidance of the Holy Spirit to show us and remind us how to respond in love. I encourage you to cultivate your relationship with Jesus so that you can have that guidance and discernment, because on the other side of that aspect is getting guidance from our flesh and the enemy (Satan) and that always turns into some sort of foolishness.
“Peace begins with a smile.” -Mother Teresa
“Compassionate people are geniuses in the art of living, more necessary to the dignity, security, and joy of humanity than the discoverers of knowledge.” -Albert Einstein
