Heed my Words

Good Morning!

And He said, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear and heed My words.” -Mark 4:9

It sounds simple, if we have ears and are able to hear we should follow God’s leading. The problem is that too many other voices are talking to us and confusing us in what we are hearing most of the time. The enemy is constantly whispering in our ear and trying to have us question scripture or what we are hearing from God. Naturally we will go towards what we listen to the most, so if we make it a habit to listen to our flesh and Satan we will start leaning that way in our decisions and thoughts, but if we stay grounded in scripture and keep out dialogue with God open we can lean that way and follow God’s leading.

“The devil can cite scripture for his purpose.” -William Shakespeare

“The preaching that this world needs most is the sermon in shoes that are walking with Jesus Christ.” -D.L. Moody

Dad Joke of the Day:

Some alligators can grow up to 15 feet.

But most only have 4.

Have a great Friday!
