The wicked are overthrown [by their evil] and are no more, but the house of the [consistently] righteous will stand [securely]. -Proverbs 12:7
Different wickedness in the world is constantly getting exposed and you lose trust in people that are involved. The people that are not involved in anything wrong or wicked have nothing to hide and therefore can be consistent in their narrative as well as be trusted. Although the righteous might at times be treated badly and unfairly, oftentimes they will come out on the other side in a much better place than the wicked that are trying to play the system for their own advantage. Even if that is not the case, the righteous can look back and feel good about what they did no matter the outcome. Choose consistent righteousness today.
