I think we all have moments in our lives where we consider just doing what is easy instead of doing the hard work. The easy might not necessarily be wrong but the reward will not be as great as the hard stuff. We encounter these choices throughout our day, multiple times per day. Today as you get to the crossroads of making that choice, make sure that you make it consciously and not take the easy choice by default. Choose the hard with intention. In today’s world we need people that are willing to do the hard stuff and that might as well be you and me. Remember God’s words in the verse above, “Be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work.”
