Ephesians 4:1-2

Good Morning!

So I, the prisoner for the Lord, appeal to you to live a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called [that is, to live a life that exhibits godly character, moral courage, personal integrity, and mature behavior—a life that expresses gratitude to God for your salvation], with all humility [forsaking self-righteousness], and gentleness [maintaining self-control], with patience, bearing with one another in [unselfish] love.  -Ephesians 4:1-2

As Christians we are called to live a certain way. As Christians we should be the light of the world. We should live a life of godly character, of good morals and integrity. That is also how we should do business. I think a lot of times we tend to justify something because it is ‘just business’ but that is not how we should operate. What we do in the business world should be done with just as much integrity and godly character as we are called to do in our personal lives. Too many times we separate our morals in personal life from the ones in our work or business life and they should be one in the same. As Christians, let’s go be that light in every aspect in life. Let’s not let the darkness of the enemy determine what the world looks like.

“Character is both developed and revealed by tests, and all of life is a test.”  -Rick Warren

“Christian character is not created in the moment of adversity. Christian character is revealed in the moment of adversity.”  -Daniel Akin

Talk to text made me say things that I didn’t Nintendo.

Have a great Thursday!
