Good Morning!
Whatever you do [no matter what it is] in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus [and in dependence on Him], giving thanks to God the Father through Him. -Colossians 3:17
So often we are focused on what we do and how what we do affects us and how we look to other people and what other people might think of us and how what other people do affects us and how what they are doing is not fair to us and how life isn’t fair because we didn’t get that promotion or pay raise. I know that was a lot there in that sentence and it was all the things we tend to fall into as humans living for ourselves. If we go through life only focused on us we will never find fulfillment, there will always be someone with it better, that has more, or got something we should have. The above verse says we should do everything in the name of the Lord in WORD and DEED and give thanks to God the Father through Jesus Christ. Our deeds should be done for Jesus, not for ourselves. Our words should glorify Jesus, not ourselves. Let us get familiar with the Gospels that recorded Jesus’ life and words spoken and then imitate Him. What would Jesus do? WWJD

Dad Joke of the Day:
In Europe it’s called a lift and in America it’s called an elevator.
I guess we were just….raised differently.
Have a great Tuesday!
