We Will Not Fear

Good Morning!

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains be shaken and slip into the heart of the seas.  -Psalms 46:2

When we are in tune, in relationship with God there is nothing we have to fear. The enemy operates off of fear and temptation, if he can’t get you through temptation he will try and get you through fear and if he can get you through both he will. Worrying is a form of fear, anxiety is a form of fear, I think even mental and emotional stress can be called a form of fear. Praying has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry. Reading and studying the Bible brings clarity and peace where reading the daily news and world happenings brings stress and anxiety. God designed us in a way that we thrive the most when we are in relationship with Him. Next time you find yourself in fear (worry, anxiety, stress), find a quiet spot where you won’t get interrupted, quiet yourself, and spend some time in prayer and see the difference it makes.

“The remarkable thing about fearing God is that when you fear God you fear nothing else.”  -Oswald Chambers

“It is only the fear of God that can deliver us from the fear of man.”  -John Witherspoon
